Admission free, reservations required
On the occasion of the Nuit Blanche, the event which celebrates contemporary creation in all its forms, the Bourse de Commerce — Pinault Collection will be open from 5:00 p.m. until midnight, free of charge, reservations required.
The Bourse de Commerce — Pinault Collection is embracing the colours of the summer season with clinamen, an aquatic and musical installation by Céleste Boursier-Mougenot. This immersive project transforms the Rotunda into contemplative space in which a basin 18 meters in diameter filled with water reflects the sky seen through the museum’s dome. White ceramic bowls float across this blue surface, generating melodious, enchanting sounds as a light current pushes them along. These acoustic vibrations, free of any intervention by a performer, constitute the very heart of the piece, a veritable symphony of the moment that evolves with a flow of invisible waves.

Visit the exhibition Corps et âmes, an exploration of representations of the body in contemporary art. From Auguste Rodin to Duane Hanson, Georg Baselitz to Ana Mendieta, David Hammons to Marlene Dumas, and Arthur Jafa to Ali Cherri, some forty artists have used painting, sculpture, photography, video, and drawing to explore the connections between body and soul.
At the same, come discover the history and architecture of the Bourse de Commerce: viewed from the outside, the Bourse de Commerce traces a perfect circle that is unique in Paris’ cityscape, a true architectural outlier. Embark on an astonishing journey through the building’s five centuries of history and architectural transformations. Discover its large, restored decors and preserved vestiges, which form a dialogue with the radical, meditative interventions of the contemporary architect Tadao Ando.
