This new exhibition entitled Au-delà de la couleur, le noir et le blanc dans la Collection Pinault, will open its doors to the public, at the Couvent des Jacobins, from Saturday 12 June 2021 to Sunday 29 August 2021.

Jean-Jacques Aillagon, Managing Director of the Pinault Collection, is its curator. An extensive selection of more than one hundred works, created by 57 French and foreign artists, many of which have never been shown in Pinault Collection exhibitions, will explore the many practices in contemporary creation (painting, sculpture, sketching, photography, video and fashion). The exhibition will invite visitors to reflect on the symbolism of black and white, the emotional resonance of these two colours and their ability to escort the most radical and minimal plastic experimentation.
