Incroci di Civiltà 2014

On the occasion of Incroci di Civiltà, an international festival of literature organized by the Ca' Foscari University of Venice, the Teatrino di Palazzo Grassi hosts a talk by the author Daniel Mendelsohn and Pietro Del Soldà, author and host of Radio Rai 3.

Daniel Mendelsohn (Long Island - 1960)
Is an American critic and author. He writes about literature, cinema and theatre for the New York Times Book Review. He has published many books, including The Lost: A Search for Six of Six Million(2006), which is an investigation, a novel, a book about the Shoad, a essay on Good and Evil, philosophical and religious considerations, and a personal diary. With this book he has won the National Book Critics Circle Award, the Jewish Book Award, the Salon Book Award, Prix Médicis 2007, the prize Adei Wizo "Adelina Della Pergola" 2008.
