Conversation with author Bruno Di Marino and artist Pierre Coulibeuf
On the occasion of the publication of Bruno di Marino’s book Oltre i bordi dello schermo. Conversazione con i maestri della sperimentazione audiovisiva, which brings together interviews of major media art artists, the author is at the Teatrino for a conversation with Pierre Coulibeuf focusing on the relationship between the moving image and visual art, storytelling and experimentation, film and multichannel video installations.
The screening of two films by Pierre Coulibeuf are following: the short The Panic Monkey (28'40''), conceived for Icelandic dancer and choreographer Erna Ómarsdóttir, and the feature film Doctor Fabre Will Cure You (60'11''), featuring artist and performer Jan Fabre.
