The public program of "Canicula"

Fondazione In Between Art Film presents a series of conversations at the Teatrino as part of the public program accompanying Canicula, the exhibition curated by Alessandro Rabottini and Leonardo Bigazzi, currently on view at the Complesso dell’Ospedaletto. Canicula brings together 8 site-specific video installations by Lawrence Abu Hamdan, Massimo D’Anolfi and Martina Parenti, Roman Khimei and Yarema Malashchuk, Janis Rafa, P. Staff, Wang Tuo, Yuyan Wang, and Maya Watanabe.

Spanning two days, the symposium curated by Bianca Stoppani features the artists participating in the exhibition and expands the conversation around their practices, the themes of the show, and the status of moving images through discussions with curators and scholars.

The public program of Canicula is organized by Fondazione In Between Art Film—the institution conceived by Beatrice Bulgari—in collaboration with Palazzo Grassi — Pinault Collection Venezia.
