Re-Veil: the sound of images – Luc Ndikubwimana

Luc Ndikubwimana presents Re-Veil: the sound of images at the Teatrino, an Afrofuturist sound art and video art performance exploring Black art, Afro-descendant cultures and Black voices that have shaped and transformed contemporary history. The performance rewrites the collective imagination and challenges an archive of ideas marked by racist stereotypes, reclaiming Black narratives and revealing connections between music, dance and traditions of African descent, whether diasporic or not.
The event is presented by Palazzo Grassi – Pinault Collection as part of its partnership with Centrale Fies, BHMF, Fondazione Sandretto Re Rebaudengo in support of the Agitu Ideo Gudeta Fellowship.
