Friday, October 23 – Bourse de Commerce and Musée d’Art Moderne

In the morning, before beginning our guided visit of "Remember Me" at the Bourse de Commerce, we will gather for a petit déjeuner at La Halle aux Grains, the restaurant located on the top floor of the building, overlooking Les Halles. The Pinault Collection team will welcome us for a convivial moment designed to immerse us in the heart of the exhibition.

Titled "Remember Me", after an original work by Barbara Kruger installed in the museum’s Rotunda, the exhibition pays tribute to the photographic medium. Through masterpieces and iconic works from the Pinault Collection, the exhibition unfolds like a fugue: a free journey, unconstrained by chronology, that embraces unexpected correspondences and dialogues across genres and eras, offering visitors an open and deeply sensory experience of the history of photography.

The guided visit will be conducted in Italian.

Free time for lunch.

In the afternoon, we will visit "Kerry James Marshall. The Histories" at the Musée d’Art Moderne, an exhibition organized by the Royal Academy of Arts, London, in collaboration with Kunsthaus Zürich. Considered one of the most influential contemporary painters, Kerry James Marshall is renowned for his monumental compositions that place Black figures at the center of the narrative, often elevating the everyday to an epic dimension. A unique opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of an artist featured in the Pinault collection.

The guided visit will be conducted in Italian.

An optional visit to OFFSCREEN Paris will follow. For its fifth edition, OFFSCREEN presents an installation dedicated to Ana Mendieta, one of the most prolific artists working with film and video during the 1970s. She is celebrated for works that establish a dialogue between the body and the landscape, as well as for sculptures in which she used her own body in conversation with natural elements.

Saturday, October 24 – Grand Palais and Independent Visit to Art Basel Paris

In the morning, we will head to the Grand Palais to visit "Cezanne et nous", an exhibition that explores the legacy of Paul Cézanne and the ways in which his work has shaped modern and contemporary art. The exhibition traces two intertwined narratives: the profound influence Cézanne exerted on the emergence and development of modern art, and the ways in which successive generations of artists have embraced and reinterpreted his teachings through their own distinct sensibilities – from Paul Gauguin to Henri Matisse, Pablo Picasso, Piet Mondrian, Joan Mitchell, Bridget Riley e Peter Doig. While Cézanne is celebrated as one of the founding figures of modern art, his role continues to be revisited and reassessed.

The guided visit will be conducted in Italian.

Free time for lunch.

In the afternoon, independent visit to Art Basel Paris.

Please note that the programme is subject to change.
