The Festival dei Matti is a cultural initiative launched in 2009 to bring the theme of the relationship between madness and normality back into the public debate and to counter commonplaces and prejudices about a condition that affects the lives of each and every one of us.
The new edition of the Festival, entitled “Eccetera…”, takes place from 15 to 17 May 2026 and includes two days scheduled at the Teatrino. The 2026 edition will exist thanks to the vivid and indelible traces left by poet Anna Toscano, to whom a day will be dedicated, and Gianfranco Rizzetto, who saw the Festival come into being and whose determination and dedication gave it the strength to continue.
